Stepping into forward motion in March! Take the gift of some time out from your regular schedule for March Meditation Circles. Community, singing bowls, Reiki and guidance. So restorative!
Everyone knows meditation is extremely beneficial in myriad ways. I've found that community can make it even better.
This is an all-levels offering. I incorporate guidance to help people relax into the meditative state. As a gift to the group I also offer singing bowls and several minutes of Reiki healing energy during the meditation cycle. Take an hour out for yourself where there are no external demands. The payoff is often better focus, less stress, a sense of being cared for, increased emotional stability and more.
Cost for the Meditation Circle is suggested donation of $18. Pay what you are comfortable with.
