We are all open to possibilities! Let's relax and let it in together. Community, Reiki, Singing Bowls, good intentions, relaxation - WHAT COULD BE BETTER!??!
Approximately twice a month I offer a meditation circle at my office in Maplewood, NJ. Everyone knows meditation is extremely beneficial in myriad ways. Relaxation, reduce anxiety, re-focus and more. I've found that community can make it even better.
During the sessions we explore being open to ourselves and other as well as opportunities. We also dabble in self-care, compassion and moving forward.
This is an all-levels offering. I incorporate suggestions and guidance to help people relax into the meditative state. As a gift to the group I also incorporate Singing Bowls and several minutes of Reiki healing energy during the meditation cycle.
This is the perfect opportunity to take an hour out for ourselves where we have no external demands. The payoff is often better focus, less stress, a sense of being cared for, increased emotional stability and more.
Cost for attendance is a suggested cash donation of $18. Pay what you are comfortable with. Please RSVP via email or text me at (973) 626-0330 to let me know you are coming so I can provide enough seating. PLEASE NOTE: The Somatics Loft is Suite 2B UPSTAIRS on the second floor. If you find yourself downstairs, just make your way up to the second floor.
